Who We Are...
The Palm Beach Tattoo & Oddities Expo and Asheville Tattoo & Oddities Expo are unique events that bring together tattoo artists, artists, vendors, and enthusiasts from across the country and around the world. Our events focus on art, education, and community, fostering connection and creativity within the tattoo and arts community.
Both expos are hosted by Access Art, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities and access to the arts for underprivileged youth in our communities. While Access Art was founded in Florida and continues to serve youth throughout Florida, our mission and events reach communities across multiple states, including North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and more locations coming in 2027 and beyond.
Our expos serve as fundraisers for Access Art, with proceeds supporting our mission, helping expand our reach through programs such as the Access Scholarship and providing more opportunities and services to youth in the communities we serve.
Art First. Artists First.
These expos are being designed with a focus on art and education. We are working to bring in top artists and tattooers from all over the world while highlighting the incredible talent in Florida, North Carolina, and the other communities where we host events.
Our goal is to reset the tone in the industry and refocus on skill, craftsmanship, and the actual ART. We are skipping the burlesque shows and circuses and focusing on putting our attending artists FIRST.
We aim to build platforms and events that showcase incredible talent without costing thousands of dollars to participate in or attend, like many other expos. We are working to offer seminars and classes from top artists and tattooers, creating opportunities for artists and attendees to learn, connect, and grow.
Our entertainment will be art-focused, hosting live graffiti and art battles, live interactive art demonstrations, tattoo and art competitions, live music, and opportunities for artists and tattooers to enter their work for awards and recognition.
Bringing the Arts to More Communities
As Access Art continues to grow, so does our reach. Through our events, we are bringing this mission beyond Florida and into communities throughout North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and other states, with even more locations coming in 2027.
Each event gives us an opportunity to bring artists and communities together while supporting our mission of making the arts more accessible to young people.
At Access Art, we believe that art should be accessible to everyone, and these events are one way we are working to make that possible.

Access Art
Here’s a version that focuses specifically on The Access Scholarship and what Access Art actually does:
Access Art is a nonprofit created from the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the arts, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. We believe art, music, and other creative outlets give children valuable opportunities for self-expression, confidence, growth, and discovery.
Through The Access Scholarship, we provide financial assistance to underprivileged youth who may otherwise be unable to participate in art and music classes or access the supplies they need to explore their creativity. Funds raised through our events directly support these scholarships and help remove the financial barriers that can keep children from participating in the arts.
Our events bring artists, makers, and communities together for a greater purpose: helping fund creative opportunities for the next generation.
Every child deserves the opportunity to create.
